Project background

"Trueman Court Luxury Serviced Apartments" is located in Liverpool, England. Spanning 4 years, 6 themes and 13 room types, the design seeks a balance between tradition and modernity through the design strategy of artistic space. Not only did the project create a "homely" emotional residence for travelers, it also generated high occupancy rates and overwhelmingly positive feedback, achieving value returns that far exceeded estimates.

Design challenges and strategies

The whole building is an old brewery from the 19th century, although the area is small, but the structure is very complex, the apartment is strange, the size and the height of different. In addition, the building is very old, and the renovation of historical buildings is not suitable for the design strategy of big operation. How to make the best use of the site while responding to the existing condition and shaping the unique experience of each room type has become the focus of EK design's thinking.
